Great setting. Views. Parking nearby. Lovely to stop by here for food and drink where the coast path joins the tarmac to Dartmouth. Castle and church adjacent.
Nice people. Good food. Views of the estuary and out to sea. Free parking

This little teahouse in Dartmouth, Devon, was quite delightful. I enjoyed one of their specials for lunch, Thai fish cakes served with tartare sauce and a colourful salad, and it was absolutely delicious. You do get a real cup of tea, through a strainer and with china cups and saucers. The staff were friendly, and the place had a nice intimate, family feel. The prices were also competitive and I would recommend this cafe for a good lunch if you are ever in Dartmouth.
Lovely tea room, staff very friendly and food first class. Highly recommend.

It is always a good sign when there is a queue out of the door when you arrive! There was a party of 6 of us, we were attended to quickly and politely by the waiting staff. The fish and chips were really good. Crispy batter and good chips. No soggy batter in sight! There was a slightly raucous table in the restaurant, not an issue really as it was a Saturday night. The staff had no issue going over to ask them to keep it down when required. Not often that happens from young (ish) staff.
Visited here, nice food, quick service. Pleasant staff. A little expensive.

Had some of these fish and chips for dinner on Wednesday. The cashier was friendly and helpful and explained that our food would be cooked to order so there might be a wait. We literally waited for 4 minutes and were then presented with delicious foods. We both had cod and chips. It was light and crispy. The fish was fab, the batter wasn’t greasy, the chips weren’t soggy or greasy. It was just great fish and chips. Two empty boxes and two thumbs up.
Best chips ever! They consistently make excellent chips and the fish is very good too. On cold days you can eat your takeaway inside although there are only 3 stools. That's a real bonus on a blowy November day. Typically they cook to order. At first it annoyed me that there were never chips or fish immediately available but then I began to appreciate the fresh cooked and hot approach. All the staff seem to aim to produce excellent quality food. Definitely a class act compared to most chippies!

Does exactly what you'd expect. Basic fish dishes cooked really, really well. Lovely local fish, all beautifully fresh, great variety, good selection of desserts and drinks. I left with a feeling of contentment, it was a really pleasant dining experience. I will definitely be going back.
This place is a must if you visit Dartmouth. The food is outstanding, excellent friendly staff, good value for money and fantastic location, right on the River front. One of the most delicious meals I have had and can't wait to return.

They get the sandwiches from the shop down the lane and put a Mark up on them. Service is friendly and atmosphere like a small sports bar. An ok experience.
Day trip to Dartmouth, watched England v Panama in the crab bucket, lovely little pub, great atmosphere, free sandwiches, great ale, best day xx

Fantastic meal tonight. Staff were great and went out of their way to ensure everything was ok for us, which was helpful considering we had a 1year old with us and a dog. Good food, good music and rum, what more could you want!
A busy place with time for children. A comprehensive child menu and also some excellent fare on the adult menu. Music not too loud. Friendly staff who cant do enough even when busy. Lovely time.

Popped in as had researched dog friendly pubs on google whilst taking the short low ferry across from kingswear. The lass behind the bar was spot on, friendly & brought over some cold water for our Pug. The food was good, had burgers but the only thing that didn’t make me give them 5 stars was the onion rings... I think if you’re charging nearly £5 for a side of onion rings, at least serve homemade ones not the ones you can buy from a supermarket for a quid. (Or charge a couple of quid not £4.75). Other than that, the Stilton burger was great 👍🏻
A visit to Dartmouth isn’t complete without grabbing a pint from the Dartmouth Arms and sitting outside looking out over Bayards Cove. An absolute gem of a spot and the kids can crab over the harbour wall. Pub staff are friendly, all drinks at perfect temperature and the loos are clean. Fabulous!

Reasonable meal portions are smaller than used to
Order a takeaway to be delivered at 7pm on a Friday night. Food was delivered in under 40 minutes. The 3 Currys we ordered had hardly any oil on them, were piping hot & were cooked fresh with crunchy veg & tender meat. Keema naan had whole slices of meat inside & one of the Currys was covered in fresh ginger & coriander. One of the best curries I've ever had.

What a wonderful selection of meals! Excellent service and lovely atmosphere.
Very good food, superb flavours. Well above the run of the mill. A bit short-staffed when we were there. Definitely need to book ahead.

Lovely croissant with cheese and ham. It was a treat and very tasty. Also had the white mocha and would recommend that too. Plenty of Cornish pastys on offer too. Wouldn't hesitate in going back.
Amazing cornish pasty! Proper home made & fresh! Stevo and i visited yesterday and we were so lucky to walk in & buy the traditional large pasty. We tried another shop in the area, but this bakery is the best! So, if you're visiting Dartmouth you should try this particular place it is great quality ! 👍👍👍
